Most beautiful house in southern Sardinia!
Sebastiano's home might be the most beautiful house in southern Sardinia! The house is pristine with premium furnishings & finishings. The access to the water is unique to the area, and the water is absolutely incredible. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and always accessible. Finally, Sebastiano is a super host! He was ALWAYS available to assist if we had questions or needed assistance with something in the area. We will 100% be coming back to stay with him again :)
Simply, the house and stay were amazing
Sebastiano is a gracious host, always responsive to our needs. The pictures online do not do justice to how beautiful the house and location is. The staff, particularly Lemu (sp?), were terrific. An example was how spotless the wine glasses were- many places we’ve stayed before were dusty or spotted- here they were immaculate. And great quality, all around. We loved our vacation and will have many great memories of it. Thank you Sebastiano!

Sebastiano was a fantastic host that was highly responsive sorting vans for a boat day, a great chef, and fantastic household staff. We will consider coming back next year.
Fantastic house
Fantastic house for us, 6 adults and 6 children second week of September, 2025. Everything was high end quality, comfortable, friendly, clean. Beautiful environment with amazing closeness to the sea and stunning view from all floors and verandas. Generous pool area, fully equipt with comfortable sunbeds and always new, clean towels. The garden was very nice with only few steps to ”our own” beach with sand and crystal clear mediterrainian sea.Sebastiano was a super host, very helpful, friendly and nice. Helped us fix a boat for a lovely day cruise including a booked table at a great seafood restaurant. Lemu was a daily assistant helping with food, fixing everything in the kitchen, keeping it tidy at all times. He was a great help and very nice.In summary, an exquisite house, outstanding service and for us an unparalleled week of luxuriuos living.

Exceptional villa in a unique seaside locationWe stayed in this beautiful villa with three adults and four teenagers, and it was absolutely fantastic. The location is truly unique. You walk straight through the gate onto the beach and into the sea. It feels completely private. The available SUP boards and canoe were a great bonus.The villa itself is even more beautiful than in the photos. It is spacious, stylish, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The bedrooms were also exceptional. They were large, very comfortable and equipped with excellent amenities. Each room has a stunning view, and the entire property radiates calm and luxury.One of the highlights was the daily assistance from Lemu, a fantastic on site support who is always available and happy to help, including taking care of meals if needed. The owner, Sebastiano, was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was excellent.
Perfect place for a family vacation
Every room is modern and clean with its own bathroom and fridge and a view!House is stunning with a pool and beach. It was so comfortable with a large group as so many spaces to enjoy. The staff from being greeted by Sebastiano and Serenella with all their helpful hints and connections to the daily cleaning staff and the VIP of the house Lemu who was just lovely and helpful and so kind to everyone! We are already talking about booking again!! Can’t recommend the house highly enough.
An unforgettable dream holiday in a luxury villa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We (a group of 14 people with a toddler) were allowed to spend a week in this stunning villa – and it was just magical! The combination of tranquility, comfort and luxury far exceeded our expectations.Every morning began with a fantastic sunrise over the sea. The entire villa is stylishly furnished, generously sized and equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. We were particularly impressed by the spaciousness of the house, the well-kept outdoor area with pool and the breathtaking view.A big thank you also goes to the host and the staff: always available, helpful and warm – we felt completely comfortable and welcome.Whether it was sports in the garden, a relaxed breakfast with a sea view or evenings together in the large kitchen – every moment was special.We would come back anytime and can recommend this villa 100%.
